Right now I'm dealing with a screen cap program called 'Camtasia Studio' which basically edit videos as well, unfortunately it doesn't render MPEG-2 video files. Is there any download out there that will solve this problem?

Does Camtasia allow for you to choose your own codec for screen recording?
