I think that disgaea doesn't use the Nloop 0 Hack, so remove it.
Use PS1.4 because they are faster than PS2.0 (if you want).

And for sound, use SPUAsync, it should work better if your intentions are to "play" the game.

If you have MTGS or DC enabled, untick thouse 2 options, because they are still buggy.

it shouldnt be a problem no, what processor do you have? if it isn't an Athlon 64 or Pentium 4 (which u suspect) try using Recompiler instead of Recompiler + Vu-Rec

 

What CPU are you running? If you don't have one that supports SSE2 (Athlon64 or Pentium 4) then VURec can be buggy.
