I would like to transplant the Simulator in an embedded platform, I wonder if you can provide the original simulator code to us. I would like to spend a certain cost for your help.

I don't think the epsxe source code is publicly available, and I don't have the sources either :)
why not just use a free software / open-source emulator, such as PCSX (disregard what I said if GPL is a problem for you)

btw, s/transplant/port/ ("transplant" is Chinglish :))

epsxe is closed source and the developers are not looking to "transplant" their application core into anything.

ePSXe is not opensource, so the code is not made available to outside unrelated parties.

That.
i can buy the epsxe source code.
It's not for sale.
Additionally, PCSX is free and works as nicely.
