Yo, need help.

I want a new mobile phone and I need help choosing a good hardware.

I am currently choosing between iPhone 3GS and Motorola Defy. Defy has a higher CPU clock but I don't know if it's good enough comparing to an iPhone. Looking around, iPhone 4 is not a bad choice either but I'd have to squeeze my pockets to buy one.

Winning point: it needs to run PSX and, if existent, N64 emus.

Ideas?

Anything 1Ghz and either from SE (Xperia Ray, Neo, NeoV, mini, mini pro, (NOT THE X10 MINIs) Active, Pro, PLAY), HTC (Desire S) or Samsung (Galaxy S, Galaxy S+, Galaxy R, Galaxy W).

Since the SE PLAY, pro and mini pro all have hardware keyboards (well the PLAY has hardware game controls) you may want to start there.

I recently got a SE Neo myself but I haven't tried emulating anything yet since the Android Market has provided enough entertainment so far but I've been very happy with it.

How on earth did you jump from the 3GS to the 4 in your affordability range?

iPhone 4 is only $100 more expensive than 3GS here in the States. Prices dropping fast... I don't doubt it goes down with the same velocity in popular markets.

That aside, I don't think the 4 is even a relatively "good" PSX emulation device, if that's the main focus. In fact, I think emulation on iPhone is just plainly horrible, and the only emulator I can tolerate is GBA where it's not too bad for Pokemon games.

Should have said "Samsung Galaxy S" while I had the chance...
