It's good to see emulator written in Java, most of people believe that Java is too slow ... when a version of pcsx2 in java lol ?

It's not for mobile phones. About the jar files, official versions included ones are executable, so just double-click on them if you're on windows.

Just download eclipse (it's free) and do it yourself (iirc, there's even a tutorial on the jpcsp forums), it's easy and you'll be always updated

Afaik, you can use NetBeans too, but never tried myself

dont get too excited, it will probably take long for the emu to be fairly usable in games, i say lets all be patient and dont piss the authors about noob questions

I don't think that JPCSP is quite there yet but they are getting awfully close. With their rate of progress due to the relentless efforts by the authors and the good support from the members of their forums they will achieve great things very quickly.
