well that study says its only bad because too much of certain vitamins are bad for you.

theoretically, that means if you get too much vitamins from fruits and vegetables, it would do the same thing.
 
hmmm,

vitamins - the staple of an anorexic diet (seriously)
on the back of some vitamins it now has a statment saying
"not a substitute for food"

what will I do without my vits?

they put that for every type of supplement; on all protein shake powders i've used, it always says that.
 
I have a few vits without it :(

vitamins, diet coke, caffeine pills, coffee and laxatives are the basis of my diet.
If you take all of these then you can feel energetic even on practically no food

How can live without food?! FOOD IS GOOD! I swear, pills are going to make our future generations weak!

They should seriously start making food pills like the one in the 5th Element...toss a few into the microwave and voila, a full course meal!
 
Food all the way baby. you anorexic types do not know wht youre missing:p

I agree nothing better than a big juicy piece of meat...with onions and cheese :drool:
 
Hey Cottonvibes, don't waste money on protein powder, if you mix milk with dry milk power and milkshake powder you get a lot of protein for a lot less money. MAKE YOUR OWN PROTEIN SHAKE

well the protein powder i used to get was pretty cheap.

and the problem with using milk is that it has alot of fat and carbohydrates.
and protein powder adds alot more protein than milk.
i would just mix the powder with milk and it was like drinking chocolate milk...

anyways, i haven't baught protein powder in like a year. since i stoped working out..
 
I don't get it... Really. I mean I used to take calcium supplements coz I used to have problems with my knees, but that's only because the carton of milk a day I was taking wasn't enough.

I'd go mental without food! I eat at least three times a day. Big (usually healthy) meals. If I miss out one of those meals I get really cranky.

Our diet is already making us weaker then previous generations, let alone if we just entirely skipped the food part of it!
