My friend is compiling a book of answers to the question: If you could ask GOD 1 question what would it be? If anyone has a response feel free to write.

"Your causing mass deaths thanks to all the natural disasters you seem to feel are necessary. Millions of people are starving right now. Children are being born with aids in Africa, and they suffer for something that wasn't even thier fault. What are you going to do to fix these problems, huh? Expecting humans to fix the problems themselves isn't working, and you have the ability to fix it, but instead you sit back and watch the pain and suffering. Isn't that evil in itself?"

That is a really tough question, but mine would be more of a challenge in that I would ask him to compete against me in an arm wrestling contest. The chance to compete with him/her mano e mano would be an unreal experience (mainly because I have no real questions to ask him).

If that question does not count I would ask him if there were any other sentient beings in the universe and what they were like.

no ask him to clone himself and arm wrestle himself who would win???

i might ask him, "if you were a human with all the current Godly knowledge you know, what would you do? and how would you live your life?"

i guess that might count as two questions though :(

I'd ask him to post in the random thoughts thread.

This thread isn't going to end well...

"Your causing mass deaths thanks to all the natural disasters you seem to feel are necessary. Millions of people are starving right now. Well, this is a good question, but "GOD" is not nearly as powerful as you think. His power is often overestimated. I know I'm going to get many anti-religious responses from the numerous religion hating atheists here, oh well, I really don't give a f@#% anymore. There are some things that God can't prevent, alter or hinder. Those things include free-will, actions of people, and how people decide to fix their own problems. Sure if I was God, I would have thrown this devil into a lake of fire immediately after deciding to try and kick my ass on my own turf (heaven). This reminds me of something I got off of Futurama. I'm not exactly trying to make up any excuses for "GOD", but it just makes a little sense in a way. "If you do too little, people lose faith and become ungrateful. If you do too much, then they become dependent and won't know how to do anything for themselves. But if you do things right, people will be sure you've done nothing at all!" I don't know if that load of bulls@#% I just wrote was true, but I believe it

Anyway, given those set of rules I stated earlier, I don't think any of us could really handle the role of "GOD". I wouldn't say it's an automatic process. "Well, I'd give everybody what they want!" Bad idea. If everybody prayed to you about winning the lottery, would you give them the winning ticket? I wouldn't. Things of that nature. Random crap ideas, I know. But I really won't care until I get to heaven so I can ask him myself.

God seems to be the poor guy humans charge for all the problems they encounter here. But then, if he is so almighty, have you ever think one minute he can give himself the right to do whatever he wants especially doing nothing? If he exists, he have the right to think he is not at our service.

I would ask how to create the universe

and i believe in Karma

not God.
but not mean i didn't believe there's a God

cos sometime people like to blame their destiny.

like why so poor, why i so ugly, why i bla bla bla
why life so cruel
that is another way to blame somebody for his/her own life.

like sometime why people so poor, because they was like to steal other money/goods in the past life or present life.
and people can rich in present life, because he/she have done many good things in the past life or present life.

and if u ask, why lot of rich people act like a jerk if at past/present life they have do many good things ?
well, once people get thing called "money" ,they will act weirdly

i just want to say, don't blame others/ God/ Destiny for your pathetic life, but blame yourself ,and think what you hvae done in the past.

God is just a watcher , he/she give you a "life" and you decide what you want , good or bad

sorry if this feel offended. just write down my opinion :D

I would ask him why he doesn't exist.

Read revelations in the Bible. THATS what I call destruction). they had disease in the bible too
Nice comeback. You utterly destroyed and dismantled Bigig with your reply.

well no one said that we could ask only one question.
but from the point of view of the thread I would have only one question and that would be," when do I get to be with you in heaven :innocent: and have the halo on my head?:innocent:

life is tough everyday is like a new battle wherever I go. especially in college cause I am an outsider+the language+the food+all the perverts here. I have to go out looking like a private detective with an overcoat and a cap.

What?! oO
Which country are you in? xD

Just go out find a group you are in~
It's college! So many people here.
In my opinion, if one cannot fit, then one mustn't tried enough yet.
You'll never know the result unless you try :]
and trust me, you'll regret more to not have tried than to have tried but have failed.
You'll get your chance when you try, but you will get no chance if you don't try xD~
and if you die... lol... you can't even try...

my question would be:

before the universe exists (before the big bang) what was in there?
