I want to play as the Star war Character with the Laser sword.

and looking for replacement of the weather effect.Thank you.

No... official sites are useless for mods. Maybe that unmaintained site list at the bottom of the page could be useful.

I was about to suggest it; that's probably the best Oblivion modding community you'll find. Last I heard, there was a full rendering of Morrowind thrown into the Oblivion world.

Huge download, though.

It is very hard to see what to that there due to there are so many mods.Can you give me the must have list.

Well, the essential section at the top would be a good place to start.

Look for anything that seems like an obvious or simple update, for example, a colored map.
