How To start using Emu's???

If a game ever stops at the very first screen (like the Bandai or Capcom or Konami or whatever spash screen) TRY ANOTHER BIOS. This is a typical symptom of a game that is finicky about what BIOS it uses.

I wasn't aware of too many games that did this, but I know Yu-Gi-Oh did it, and that's a relatively new game.
