Have you configured no$gba and saved it's options yet? The ini is created then.

No$GBA.ini is a settings file generated when No$GBA is first closed properly. As said, if you have common extensions disabled, look for the No$GBA file with the gear and notepad icon.
EDIT: Ninja'd.

Little help with pokemon diamond, i can't seems to open my old-save data in no$gba, whenever i start the game it said that there are no savefiles and the game started as prof-rowan introduced himself as this is my first time playing it. in fact the .SAV file is still in it's place

When you say old save data, do you mean the save data that is created from older version of no$gba (ie. any version before 2.6)?

Ok, finally figured it out for a second time. Been opening the wrong files with pokesav:???:

But...

How can I edit pokemon into certain final forms that need to be traded(or w/e impossible means) and get their upgrade stats right? Or, If I change, say, something into Feebas, then into Milotic and it still has it's old stats.

And...

If I make an egg out off a pokemon, it won't hatch with normal random stats will it? It'll be like a hatched w/e and it has stats way below, or way over the norm, or just what's listed in the EDIT?

Anyway to solve this? Or do I have to make an educated guess...?

as far as I know educated guess...though you can check the net for .pkm files and see if any of those have decent stats close to what you want

Pokesav can extract pokemon from save files and then save them as .pkm files. Some people then upload these to various sites on the web most of which can be found by googling. Some of them are horrendous and have entirely fictional stats, others though are the real deal. Additionally it seems if your stats are completely out of wack that if the pokemon levels it resets some stats to a more normal level.

So first thing I would try if I were you is just change your Graveller to a Golem and then level it up, then compare stats between what your Graveller had the now one level higher Golem and there should be a fairly big jump between them.

If that does not work then try scouring the net for a decent Golem.pkm file.

Ok nevermind all that. The game automatically adjusts a pokemon's stats if they aren't normal. Depending on the pokemon, evolution stage, individual values, it all corrects itself after you level them up once. Gotta love built in game mechanics.

What's the roaming pokemon in the events part? That allow you to hack what wild pokemon appear in any bush? Pointless asking though when I can just catch any crap pokemon and change it to what I want.

Anticheese- I changed my thing to Raw(from the configuration) and converted from this page Shunyweb Savegames Converter V2.0 - In development

I musta got it right by accident, cause it doesn't end up right when I try doing it again. Think I choose the Raw format, iunno. the NDS format wasn't working right cause it wouldn't stay at 512kb or 256kb. I prolly didn't help any, I really don't remember doing anything else other than that,

Try using rightclick->Save target as... and rename the extension to OCX.
EDIT: And some basic N-etiquette: Don't tell people to reply fast. It won't change anything.

Im not sure what's wrong

My whole hacking thing is not going well. I followed the instructions (i think) like u say and then i get to the Mario icon and (its blank) and I click configure and it says "Component... a file is missing" or something like that.

Whats wrong?

I have some doubts about how much people wanna hack their own games.
Can someone tell me if there's any way to safetly hack your way through any of the facilities of the Battle Frotier and still make the game OK for competitions?

P.S. i own a DS lite with a R4 card, i'm playing the SoulSilver and i plan on getting my pokémons to some competitions.

2 - Has anyone tried Cheat Engine yet? Or even tried to work off the "Pseudo-Random generated code", if anyone gets to work off this last one, can you share a guide?

dude if you compete professionally in pokemon competitions you shouldn't be hacking the gamepack your planning to use anywhichwayWatsoever especially if you dont seem to know what your doing.
furthermore, it seems to me that you implied that you compete in these competitions and dont have more than 2or 3 versions of the games u use to compete in..

Your link is step 3 is down can you plz plz plz up it again?
Quite easy. Actually it not an ini. file, It's a configaration file. You get it once you open and use the No$gba emulator and then close it..... Hehehe, it should be on the 46th line (including spaces and other stuff :p) And when you find it, just change it to Uncompressed!! Voila' :D
