yeah cooking some bacon REALLY slowly to render the fat and leave it very flavorful then turnign th heat up to fry the eggs in the bacon fat is such a great breakfast...all that fat is gone by the time the eggs are cooked...I dont eat that too much anymore tho I gotta watch my girlish figure.

 

I always put some salt, yellow aromic salt if possible, but it depends how much i put it. If i use some greasy bacon, i put only little bit of salt. Friead egg tastes too flat without salt.

I like them in the morning for breakfast as well
Though not today, but when I still had a gf we were frying eggs every sunday morning

Now we only have them once in every 4 weeks or something....
