I put in "Thousand Arms" in my CD Rom drive but how do i run it with ePSXe? I clicked on Run Cd-Rom but i dont know which file to run?

You need to use a cd rom plugin like "SaPu's Cd rom Plugin 1.0".

Mooby2 is for ISO images of your game.
If you want to play game from Cd use SaPu's Cd rom Plugin.

Btw: I recommend that you make a ISO image and then your game will run smoother and you can play the game from computer without using the actual cd.

You can use the built in CD plugin that comes with EPSXE. I have never had a problem with it.
Just make sure that you configure it correctly by pointing it to the correct drive letter.

Ok, i dl'd that Sapus CD Plugin but now the game is moving real fast! How can i make the game for regular speed?

Enable fps limit in your video plugin (50 fps for PAL,60 for NTSC).

You can do some with the Iso producer (the easyest way) or use the Alcohol 120% wich is the best for that job.

No, Make the ISO image yourself from your cd.
Downloading games is illegal, ngemu doesn't support piracy.

Many torrents (in you case game) from the Internet are broken and doesn't work...

In the Playstation equipement store in Croatia, but you can try to look on ebay (Topway - dualshock to usb converter) it is about 10€ (75 Kn in my country).

About the ps2 emulator: PCSX2 can run a few commercial games but it is very slow, also a new version is comming soon (which is more compatibile than the current one).
