I know it is probabaly stupid queestion but I read thta if you are using winxp to update your cd drives update aspi laye because even on lowest detail on the right plugin all games run very slowr

You use Force ASPI, or you use another CD-Rom plugin that don't use ASPI, like Pete's or SaPu's.Alternatively, you use an ISO image.
