Whenever I try to boot up a game using PCSX2 it always gives me the "Error Opening GS plugin". I have double checked everything and all seems to be working. The only problems I can think of is that I have a bad Graphics card that doesn't support PS and a low amount of physical RAM. But even with settings to "Fixed Pipeline" It still Kicks me out. My system if way to weak to play any games correctly but I just wish to see if I can even get it to work. Any help is appreciated.
System Stats:
Windows XP SP2
AMD 2000+ 1.7Ghz(Sadly its not Duel core or anywhere near powerful)
256 MB RAM(However I do have over 2GB's of Virtual ram distributed between 2 HD but I don't know it that helps)

hello,

what about your graphics card? If it does not support Pixel shaders you will have bad colors because Gsdx9 has a problem with the fixed pipeline mode.
It is odd because the unsupported modes are not shown in the list.
Try the non-SSE2 version of gsdx9. Try Zerogs Kosmos. At least, try "pcsx2t.exe" (tlb version).

bye.
