Did you turn on frame limiter?

 

I have it in Auto.
I also tried to set it to 60 FPS, but nothing changed

(i was checking the sticky threads you have here, and i found "hyperthreading", but the link is not working. i have a core 2 duo)

If you have dual cores CPU,set it to use only one core in task manager.

 

i just did that. Same thing :/

 

For me i use the built in "ePSXe SPU core 1.7.0" without any sound problems.You can try switching to other plug-ins.

 

It's working great with Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.77
