ok after wading through 25 pages of "world map" problems i cant find the answer to my problem.

my problem is i am on disc 3 in treno just after you go there with dr tot. i go to walk out of treno to go see the coffee guy in dali and as soon as the world map screen loads it freezes...as in i can pause or do the esc thing but i cant call the moogle or walk around or open the menu but there is still normal sound in the background. up until now i havent had a problem through the whole game.

i also tried remaking the iso from my cd but it still freezes. any ideas on how to fix it?

try loading from memory card... if u're loading from a save state

Do you have the same problem with pSX? If not, pass this part with this emulator then go back to ePSXe.

using a memory card not save state and i cant get psx to run. i was kind of hoping it could be fixed in epsxe.

err... borrow another disc 3 from ur fren and test it... maybe it was ur disc >.<

i just get the black screen thing with psx...it doesnt load with it which is why i was using epsxe...and yes it is 1.5.2 not 1.6.0...ive read that 1.6.0 has probs.
