I've read through a lot of these posts about getting FF9 to work, and I finally have, but even on the lowest graphics settings I can only get about 20 FPS. Since it's FF9 I tried using 1.5.2 and it made no difference.

Core PC Spec:
P4 - 2.4GHz
1GB RAM
128MB Radeon 9600

Surely this is enough to run it at a decent framerate on the lowest settings? FF7 worked fine on 1.6.

Help would be appreciated.

Try using Peops Soft gpuas your graphics plugin. It should provide the most compatibility and speed.
