I think that is impossible, if he doesn't have a video card, the monitor will have nothing to connect it on!!!!!! :p

You need to know your video card name. To know this, try this :

1)Click the start button and choose "run"
2)Inside the run prompt type "dxdiag"
3)The Direct X diagnostic will load, find the "display" tab.
4)List the things you will see there.

(Name, Manufacturer, Chip Type, Total Memory)

What about the motherboard graphics?every motherboard has a basic graphics system.Atleast in India thats how it is.
onboard graphics are still a type of video card. You can find out what it is by (if India's version of XP is similar to American/Canadian) Right click my computer, click properties. Click hardware tab, then click device manager. you should see a list... computer, disk drives, *display adapters*... expand this in the tree and then you will see your video card. It might be something like nVidia or Ati, but most likely it is an Intel Graphics media accelerator, or possibiy xpress chipset. anyways good luck

Hi , I´m of Brazil ,and my english is terrible . I.m with same problem, and don´t know how to solve this problem.
My machine:MB IntelD865PERLL , P4-HT-FSB800 2.6-GHZ , 512MB DDR-Dual Kingston ( 2x256 ), Video card NvĂdia GeForce4 MX440 -64MB -PCI , HD SEagate 80GB-Sata .

xp version in india is exactly similar to that of usa>>if it is pirated :p>>

and also there is not much noticeable diffrence in the original versions also

dont worry about question u can post as much u like unless they are questions which are not answered in the faq's
pcsx2 heavily depends on cpu and there are some graphics demanding games that take advantage of an gpu also

if u want a graphic card to plays pcsx2 go for graphic card higher than 7600gs>>ocz it has pixel shader's <

I don't call onboard GPU's Video Cards, I just call them Video Chips. I call it a video card because the GPU is physically on the card, while when the GPU is on the motherboard, it's just a chip. So :p to you all, I make perfect logical sense to me, myself and I!
