check the current performance mode

im currently running a 500 chip myself (550ti) and it can randomly drop the performance state when the GPU load isn't high enough, causing stuttering and low performance.

I bought epsx app on google play, installed ffVII, works perfect, but i cannot find the pec don't want to send his file into my nexus 7, is it only working on pc?

Thx squall to answer me that fast, is there any "tweak" to cheat a bit on that game (on androir os) ?

edit 1 : i read about action replay's code that you could edit with a .txt file,
anyway i put that awesome game back into my computer, emulated version, and i just bought and downloaded last available version in square enix game shop, improved graphics but expansive for the poor result imo.

I have encountered this problem where i used PEC and Cheat txt with Epsxe 1.8 for windows, it keeps giving me error and crashs the emulator. Can someone please advise.:heh:

Internal Cheat system also fails

I tried using the internal cheat system for Epsxe 1.8 but it says windows encountered a problem running the emulator and it closes the program

Problem resolved with running PEC for my PC. Dear Squall, i need your help and advice concerning this internal cheat for epsxe 1.8.


I tried as your earlier post to name it cheat/SLUS_008.92.txt, it returns message file name cannot contain \ / :*? "< >|, can please advise how to make internal cheats for FF8 for epsxe 1.8

I'm also new here, I followed your instructions & made this file & put into cheats folder, but when I open cheat codes window (both before & after loading the game) the window is completely empty:???: What am I doing wrong? I'd appreciate your help

Put the PEC executable in your plugins folder. It will appear in your list of plugins to choose. Select it, set up your cheats, follow all instructions and you are ready to go.

Thank you so much for your answer I have PEC & it works fine, but I have a reason why I need a separate cheat file...
To confirm, is there a difference between PEC plug-in & PEC wrapper?
