We need to know some of your system specifications to give any advice. What's important is:

Processor
Motherboard
RAM

Also it might be necessary to look into your CPU temps, (get Core temp start it, then use a stress test program such as Prime95, run it for about 5 minutes and see what temps you hit).

Most of us overclockers have computers the size of wheelie bins with heatsinks the size of a human head.

To be specfic, your computer has a tiny cramped case and a very low tier power supply. At that form factor it's probably a power brick.

DO NOT OVERCLOCK IF IT'S A POWER BRICK.
You will melt it and burn your house down :p

Even if it were internal, it would be low rated and break easily.
Even if it were good, you don't have the heatsink or airflow to compensate for extra heat.
Even if you could run everything fine at higher clocks, it's an intel atom and it wouldn't be powerful anyway at the overclocked speed.

Save up and buy a wheelie bin computer!

That's really cramped, it wouldn't be a good idea to OC but i'm very certain that you couldn't even if you wanted, such PC's don't really have OC options. So you'll either have to bear with it or get a new one.

ok so i want to clock my cpu from 1.6ghz to 2.2ghz or 2.0ghz is that gonna wreck my system or to big of a jump?
1.8GHz is manageable most of the time.
2.0GHz is kind of pushing it.
2.2GHz is really pushing it.

You'll most likely run into a RAM limitation.

In any case, check out SetFSB.

The Intel Atom actually has quite a lot of headroom for overclocking, and as you don't change the voltage, there is not a lot in the way of damaging your CPU. Can't say the same about RAM though.
