I'm facing this problem sometimes. On both of my OS. Windows 7 and XP.

When i right click it does show context menu then it disappears within a second. Weird problem, didn't find any help on google too. I checked the registry for context menus and its enabled.

Could it be a hardware problem, or something with the windows?

at first i thought of that. But nope. It generally works after a restart, but its not always possible to restart the pc when it gets stuck

Maybe a problem with active windows tracking?

yes that could be it. Any way to solve it?
