title says it all,, finished the game tried to make a new game+ but when I switch the disks i just get a blank screen i am using 1.70 and i did try to use 1.60 didn't work . Can someone help ?

Hey I figured it out~ Downgrade to the one below it 1.52 Epsxe and it won't crash on New Game+
Have you tried using ePSXe Shark? You really shouldn't have to downgrade anymore. Besides, there's a Lite version of Daemon Tools that is pretty straightforward, so you may wanna check it out too. Just make sure you add a SCSI-type virtual drive.

+1 Squall for that info, btw how can I trace my network communication? to block IPs that are receiving data from my PC. I mean how the blogger knew to block the IP 212.117.184.51? Is there a program for it?

Your best tool would probably be hardware firewall/router log. Some of the popular software firewalls have easy-to-access logger, too.
