I wanted to check that I had a save file for a particular game that I was playing so I started ePSXe and ran BIOS; it would reach the BIOS menu and then sit with no cursor, and I couldn't hit any buttons. I could play games properly, and could load and save, but I could not check the Memory Cards through ePSXe. I enabled Logging to see if it would show any errors and it did not.

I'm using Windows ePSXe 2.0.2-1 and BIOS SCPH-1001, on Windows 10.

Under config/memory cards do you have the box labeled [Use individual memcards by game] checked?
