Your computer is lacking the raw power for the game to be anywhere near playable. There isnt much that can be done other than upgrading.

use the hypermode patch to play the game very fast. only the sound wont be faster/better.

 

I doubt that with the pc of him will be enough to get anything faster than 20fps, no matter the patch or whatever ;-)

try 256 color trick if you using zerogs

 

u can also have frame limiter on to cap at 64 FPS

It can run it, just not good enough to be enjoyable.

 

For me, in the beginning of the game, when Sora flies down after the glass shatters, the FPS is like, about, 60fps.

You can't say "average" when Emulating a PS2 game. You can only say the few averages.

Well, when the FMV starts it gets to about 30fps. When the gameplay takes place, about 20-60 fps. When I get into low shadow like places, like near Kairi's sail boat, it gets to about 50 fps. When I risk my PC's performance, and dunk into the fountain on Destiny Islands, I go about, 10fps. And when I save (can't see a damn thing) it gets to about 4 fps. When Kairi, Riku, and Sora see the sunset the fps gets to 20 fps max.

Yes, you can but not good enough. You need to add more RAM to 1GB atleast with a Directx9.0c 3D accelerator like X850/X850XT/X1600 or above and most important wait for pcsx2 0.94 to play it. :thumb:

 

...He not only needs a new video card and more ram. His whole computer is ancient, and is practically crying to be replaced.
