ATI is notorious for terrible drivers. I'd have to put my vote in nVidia.

I had an ATI card during the driver fiasco, and the support people treated me like S**t. The big part of the reason I dislike ATI is personal and if a company rep has the nerve to treat a customer like the way I was treated, they do not deserve my business.
