I'm not sure I agree. If someone revives an old thread people will most likely disregard that thread, and people's views on stuff etc can very well have changed since then. A new thread is always up-to-date.

anyone remember when i had 15+ replys a day? im down to under 5 simply becuase of that very reason.

i've noticed that the past couple of days have been pretty dead. i almost felt like starting up one of those 'lonely night' threads, but then i remember the omniscient anti-lonely night sticky. you know, some thread where we can talk about nothing and just joke around.
oh well, i'd like to blame it on the starting of school, but i doubt thats a very valid excuse.

Eface I agree with you, I've noticed that alot of threads seem to be about anime, RIAA, some weird thing in the news, or philosophy. Unfortunaly alot of the really fun crazy people have left, or matured. We need to get some of the orignal batards back.

Hey the philosophical discussions rule ;)

You can't expect a site to be always the same, people change, leave, move on, etc... it's the natural flow of things...

Actually, the problem that I have been finding is that it is the same. I find alot of threads on here to be very similar. Back when the batards were around there were alot of crazy, different threads

And I've been finding that people puts too much emphasis on the Batards... can't you lift things on your own that you are always dwelling on the good old days ?

I understand that you all have fond memories of them... but surely you knew that someday they wouldn't be around anymore... IMO you guys, depend too much on them...
