It's hard to decide between Grandia 2 and Chrono Trigger but I'm gonna go with Grandia 2.

i think my favourite rpg is Anachronox, its a pc game, not that popular but i liked it, especially the ending (although they did have to finish it for a deadline a bit too quickly) my next fave would definately be ff6 though

Grandia 2? You got to be very deprived of games then. Don't get me wrong, it IS your opinion, and grandia 2 was a nice game. But Grandia 2 was too easy, lacked creativity in bosses, also the last boss was a joke, the plot was or seemed jumbled. All in all, grandia 2 was average. I'm surprised you rather not choose Chrono Trigger as that game was great!

Oh, back to the topic. Too many good ones to choose from.

BTW, Grandia 2 is a very good game, but I hope you wan't be disappointed to beat it too fast... this game is short

Yeah, I would have said Xenogears too, but there's so many others that I liked too! Each had its highs and lows that make them unique.

Anyways, Xenogears is the best RPG i ever played, whever i finsih it I replay it again. Never passes a day without me playing it for sometime

Next comes Final Fantasy 6, Seiken Densetsu III, Lufia II: Rise of the Sinstrals, Final Fantasy 7, Breath of Fire II, Chrono Trigger
