how does PSXeven's compatibility compare to PCSX? just want to get an idea of how far this emulator has come, since it's relatively new on the scene.
the latter one.it runs like it was showing some pics rather than play movies.regarding the slow mdecs, do they run continously but slow, or do they run like they were skipping huge sections instead?
Hi Xeven!parotaku:
that's a weird problem, protection scheme maybe? I cant really infer much coz i dont have the game
Well sadly, nothing happened...hi parotaku, try this. Put the disk on the drive, click on run cd, wait for say 10 secs, press escape, then use "load psx-exe" to load the psx.exe. Lemme know what happens.
yeah works fine.Originally posted by Omegainf
Does "Gundam Battle Assault 2" run on PSXeven? It doesn't work on epsxe, only on vgs :/

I just posted the debug screenshot because I find it quite funny that a silly game like Parodius displays a heart where every other games display their Gamecode!!!:heh:
If you want, I can send you the psx.exe by email... it's small in size... maybe that could help you...?
Well... the GOKU subdirectory has just game files (.BIN and .VAB), the PARO subdirectory has game files (.BIN and .VAB again) and PARO.EXE...i dunno if that'l help Btw, what's inside those subdirectories?
I think this is the error log. Its weird because sometimes it kicks me out of the emu but today it just restarted and the PS bios logo screens came up like a normal reset on ps. although i've never seen them normally in ps7Originally posted by Xeven
hmm.. that's awful.![]()
