signature issues

um, when i go to the signature editor, it says i can't have a sig longer than 6 lines, and i can have no images. how come? i thought these limits disappear when i have a reasonably high postcount, but i keep seeing people with sig images who only have a few hundred posts (not to mention people who have 15 line sigs ).

Not sure about that, but AFAIK you can have a sig bigger than the limits despite having relatively few posts if it's offlinked from somewhere else other than NGEmu.

I remeber seeing a text sig that a user here at ngemu forums has with at least 15 lines, damn its like reading a book when you read his sig

Although it says it can be only six lines long, you can actually put in as many as you want (or at least 40 or so lines). Not a good thing...

it's sure isn't a good thing, I have to scroll down a half year before I get to the next post (this is in case someone has a long text sig )

Ryos: nope. i can save the sig, but it taps a "signature too long" message as the last line. *sigh*

Don't use the sig editor.

Kane, I remember that you once asked me to remove one of my two sigs that i was using on that time. Now here is a question, How come that i am not allowed to used two sigs at once when there is a function in NGemu.com boards to upload two sig images and save/use them on ngemu?

Because I said so, in short. Just because the board allows you to post it doesnn't mean it's OK. It's possible to post ISO and BIOS links. Does that make it OK?

It does. BUT the sig still remains whatever length you had it at, even if it's over six lines. Like Kain said, it's completely fine outside of the editor.

then shouldn't this bug be fixed? ^_^; not my concern anymore, since now i know i can edit it just fine without the editor, but a bug's a bug, whatever way you look at it ^^
