well some people said it was a ps2 shot...

so im abit confused...

im just wondering if a PC having a geforce 2 card can manage a Ps2 graphics like MGS 2

I can bet that those are PS2 shots but they may look very much same on a lower Geforce card.

Already played it on ps2, no need to buy the pc version. If it at least had some kind of replay value...

This game isn't out on PS2 yet. Substance includes a lot of things left out of the original release. I personally don't think it's enough to make the game not suck, but we will see.

Yes... which is why I'm worrying as to whether or not the mission will be different with snake,

As i didn't play MGS2 (don't have a PS2), I don't really know what you mean But ill wait for the PC version

we'll quit nagging if the screen is on ps2 or pc.

only one phrase for me. MGS2: Substance will be on the PC not so soon no matter what.

It'll out in May.

It'll be cool if Snake follows a different story with a different ending.

SPOILER:

Remember when he jumped after the Metal Gear and Liquid? There can be a new level there easily....

Pretty funny I'd say.

well the metal gear for x box is entitled "metal gear solid x"
it plays exactly as MGS2, I think the only difference is that you play the role of snake instead of raiden

That was MGSX? But they mentioned Substance in the ad.
edit: I played the ad. again, they said "substance" alright.

I heard that the XXXBOX substance had trailors of MGS3.

The new cross platform version is called Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance.
MGS3 will come out on the Xbox first, but ti will be ported to all the other systems.
I haven't heard of MGSX
