an option to make you monitor act like a tv, or a plugin that dose this i don't know maby it has scanlines like a tv and smooth the pixala out like a tv of something like that so we can play them like they orignally are in 320 by something

Sure you could do that by enabling scanlines, but why would you want to do it? Games are so much better looking and sharper without them!
no i mean on a TV the resolution 320 by something looks very clear no pixalation but on pc it is very pixallated i understand that the lower the resolution the more pixalated it will be but a tv makes it look normall, scanlines do nothing 2 clearing up the 2d, infact it the 2d im talking about for all those people with 2d games, i would like the 2d 2 look like it did on ps one, so hence a tv emalation option with more than just scanlines there got to be something more and+ what setting do yah have the scanlines on you know you put a number in
