Sxamiga: let me reiterate... Gogo's strenth isn't in mimic... but that he can use anyones commands if he is setup properly... go to Gogo's status screen... you can fill those 3 empty command slots with whatever your heart desires... and if you give him the magic command.... he will know all the spells that your other party members know.

I just like games based upon their battle systems. And FF7-9 all had basically the same battle layout (at least in FF9 you got to have a whopping FOUR characters battle), and that layout was way to bland. "Attack" -> "Monster". Sure, that's what FF3 did too, but I liked the side-view of the battle and how the battle just didnt come to a complete stop when someone cast a spell or something like all the flashy effects in FF7+. Basically I just liked how the characters in FF3 jumped out with whatever weapon they had and attacked, especally swords like scimitar, which looked really weird.

After playing games with great battle systems (Grandia 2, FFT, ToD2, and other PC rpgs) it's sickening to go back to the lame battle system that plagues FF7+ and games like Wild Arms 2 (that game took the battle system to an all-time low). It doesn't look like Square will ever get rid of this kind of battles though, so it looks like I need to find an Enix hat and put it on.

Thanks Ninja, that is exactally what i mean about Gogo.
Koji |{night, "He can use everyone's commands if he is set up properly", if that isn't mimic, i don't know what is. Mimic means to imate or copy exactally. That is what Gogo does, in essence, he mimics the others commands.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

Sx is right mimc is Gogo's strong point. A Double Quaded Ultra thanks to Gogo's mimic will tear-up anything & everything in it's path ;)

anyways, I hope square ports this game to the GBA; this had the best story in my opinion :)
