Well f**k-a-doodle doo, something finally happened in Game of Thrones and boy did it not disappoint.

I still think Jhonny Snowcakes comes off as a bit of a pussy, but he's finally making decisions that take balls. But damn do I miss Mormont being on the wall.

I think it's pretty cool that the message the show is sending us, that in order to maintain unity, strength and have successful leadership, everything must be destroyed and your will be completely gone.

In the past 5 seasons we have seen kings come, wars happen, balance of power constantly change, and in the background starvation, rampant crime, loss of law, general chaos really. Failed leaders and an inability to maintain a crumbling society.

The white walkers though, they are completely unified, a strong force and battle for their race. The wights may be slaves, but they fight for a cause. There are no factions, just a troop of leaders and they bring one thing; certainty of unity in light of victory.

TL;DR

BURN EVERYTHING TO THE GROUND AND START ANEW. BE IT DRAGONS OR WHITE WALKERS LET'S DESTROY EVERYTHING AS IT DOESN'T WORK!

I loved how they did that ending scene, the complete silence after the chaos. I just think that this would have made a great ending scene for the season. But I guess the season will end with the battle of Winterfell instead.
