I was able to successfully install ePSXe 1.9.0 and MotionJoy. ePSXe runs great with one Dualshock 3, however, I'm running into a problem when connecting two Dualshock 3s where I can't get the second controller's joysticks to work in games.

I can see both controllers in the Local section of MotionJoy and when doing the Vibration Testing both work. Doing the test sets the controllers back into the Playstation 3 radio setting which causes neither controller's joysticks to work, so I've kept it in Xbox 360 Controller Emulator setting as suggested in a few articles I've read.

I'm also able to set the mapping on both controllers in ePSXe, however, when I actually get into games, the joysticks only work on one of the controllers when F5's Analog option is turned on. When turned off, both controller's D-pads work.

Can anybody help me here and offer any other suggestions?

Edit: Problem fixed! As Shendo suggested below I needed to hit F6 to switch to the second controller and then F5 to turn that analog on too. =D

Even unplugging one DualShock3 and using a plug and play Xbox 360 controller disables the joysticks on the 360 controller. Could it also be that this being a touchscreen laptop is causing the issue?

I'm trying to do the same thing, but I can't seem to get the sticks working on both controllers. My cousin said that it was because motionjoy can't recognize two sets of joysticks, but I think he is full of it.

Anyone had success with this? Do I need to get windows Xbox controllers?

Uninstall motionjoy and use other apps.
I personally use Xinput wrapper.

Thanks for the Suggestion Silenus. I got XInput Wrapper working where it shows both PS3 DS3 controllers charging/charged and now even working wireless on bluetooth. However, while the thumb sticks work in ePSXe's pad configuration, when entering the game, one controller's sticks stop working. :(

Thought it might be the rom(iso) so I tried downloading some others and all have the same problem... Is there an advanced setting in ePSXe that I might be missing? Because it seems like everything is perfect when mapping the controls and then once the game boots up we have the issue.
