I was able to successfully install ePSXe 1.9.0 and MotionJoy. ePSXe runs great with one Dualshock 3, however, I'm running into a problem when connecting two Dualshock 3s where I can't get the second controller's joysticks to work in games.
I can see both controllers in the Local section of MotionJoy and when doing the Vibration Testing both work. Doing the test sets the controllers back into the Playstation 3 radio setting which causes neither controller's joysticks to work, so I've kept it in Xbox 360 Controller Emulator setting as suggested in a few articles I've read.
I'm also able to set the mapping on both controllers in ePSXe, however, when I actually get into games, the joysticks only work on one of the controllers when F5's Analog option is turned on. When turned off, both controller's D-pads work.
Can anybody help me here and offer any other suggestions?
Edit: Problem fixed! As Shendo suggested below I needed to hit F6 to switch to the second controller and then F5 to turn that analog on too. =D
