Weird laws and a bad day...

Today i was driving out with my family to have another great day and enjoy some nice time. everything was great until a idiot decided to drive the wrong way and drive directly to my car. thanks God i was able to avoid a huge accident and nothing happened to my family but still my daugther was terribly shocked by that and started to cry(which is normal).

Sadly i lost my nerves and decided to pursuit the guy and finally got him. after opening his freaking car door i took him out of the car i broke his face and kicked his ass several times. people then called the police and after they came to the place i explained what just happened and i thought they would understand but instead they gave somehow the right to the guy just because he was injured and not me. now am ordered to pay this freaking guy that put my life and the life of my family in danger!!!!

i mean.... am speechless seriously and at the same time too angry to express myself but i do not regret to have kicked his ass for what he did.

But I can certainly understand why the police acted the way it did: they must discourage vigilantism. What if you had a gun and had shot the guy down?

But I'm glad you and your family are okay. Kudos to your driving skills ;)

Yeah i kind overreacted i would say :evil: its going to cost me a bit but i don't care because this bastard payed for what he did just as am going to pay for what i did. still he tried to injure my family and most important he put the life of my daughter in danger!!! for such act i have no excuse and i kick the devil ass if i have to.

on the other side i think you're right and now i understand the police because if i had a gun at that moment or if we were at a place were no people were around i don't know if he were still alive by now. so i think the best thing that happened for him and for me is that the police came to the place very fast to prevent something even worst.

To be honest, I expected this to end with "I love this game!", but noticing it was serious, I'm really happy you and your family are alright. Hope they're lenient on the violent incident, I don't know what consequences it might otherwise have apart from losing some cash.

damage to property charges are usually less then assault.

But don't worry, 80 percent of people with children in the car would of done the same thing. :p

well you did take a heroic random attack on the man, so i can understand why you got fined, looking at the situation they went lenient on you.

let me ask, was kicking this guys ass worth the money? If it was, just think of it an ass kicking tax.

they probably brought up his records and found he had prior dangerous driving incidences, and then decided you are teh hero.

I don't blame you for going after his ass and beat him up, i would have done the same thing bro. Good to know that nothing serious happened to you or your family.

This reminds me of an incidents (well mine's light its only me who could have gotten hurt) when an idiot almost run me over at the pedestrian crossing (i had the right to cross there where traffic lights as well), bastard didn't even give a fu.. and kept talking on his cellphone like nothing ever happen furious i hited his car then he wanted to get out. I flipped at that moment slam the car's door on his foot while he tried to get out, then while he was to concentrated whining on his foot i kicked his @$$ and let the bastard sit there in pain while i went on minding my own business shopping in the area, luckily no one called the police (though this is both a good and a bad thing... ).

Good that both you and your families safe, as for kicking @$$ well i understand you, just don't ever buy a gun.....

I don't feel better for what i did but i just lost my nerves on someone that tried to harm my family. i was able to avoid a big accident and nothing happened to me, my family or car but still we should think of what would've happened if he managed to crash with my car(frontal crash or probably front-left). the damages now would be higher as my entire family would be in danger by now.

Sadly many Europeans countries are affected by the so called "Ghost drivers" that causes thousands of accidents and dead to families every single year. those drivers are crazy people that just for fun or laziness driver in the wrong way intentionally just to feel adrenalin or just to go back to a place in the highway they may have passed and do not want to drive any further to lose time and in that way putting the lives of families in danger... at the end it looks like this(Imagine a frontal crash between two cars driving at 140km/h):

I do not feel good for what i did but at least am sure he will think twice in the future before he try to do the same again and in that way i believe i safe some one else life even if i look like the bad guy right now.

anyways am still waiting for the final process/verdict to come then i will know what its going to happen as for now all i know is that i have to pay.

I do not see how going "carmageddon" over a random, innocent girl in bikini would solve anything though :p


On a more serious note, while that action of rage was not the best solution - you are a better than that @-tec - i can also understand what you did, and i would probably react in a similar way if someone close to me was endangered.
