What's so much better about it on 2195?

To tell the truth, I get decent speeds on my rig but it rarely goes fullspeed while in game. In menus it can usually manage it, but it's rare in game.

Since your specs are somewhat similar to mine, your speeds don't surprise me. If you want better speeds, you'll probably need a better processor (video card is insubstantial in most cases) as most speed troubles are with the CPU.

Overclock the CPU and you will be fine on most games. You have the same cpu as me and i've been able to run many games at fullspeed or very close to fullspeed. Check my signature for videos/settings etc if you need some help. If you don't use anti aliasing then your video card should be able to handle dolphin.

Nah, my video card is the next model up, believe me it makes no difference what I do with AA.

Hi!! Have anyone else noticed problem with real wiimote? Like disconnections or it didn't recognize button press or it recognizes later the movements! Or it's my wimote?

I just tried some games and I saw that the first boss in Star Fox Assault still can't be defeated. He still disappears. Also Mario Power Tennis still has such massive graphic bugs it's almost impossible to play (it IS impossible to play on some stages since you can't see anything).
I thought these bugs may have been fixed over the years because they already were there since the beginning of the Dolphin SVNs...
But it looks like I have to wait for these two games...

Try it too in Mario Power Tennis, because I've heard that IL version makes that game playable. :)
