That's not a No$Zoomer-problem and a game-specific one. Checking Other->Enable Mic might help provide enough static for it to register, but if that doesn't help, please consult the No$GBA FAQ, Q24.

i posted here because with the normal no$gba the game doesn't work so i can play it only with the no$zoomer, with no$gba you can't even reach that point of the game

Still, No$Zoomer doesn't change anything in mic emulation except being able to disable it, so this aspect isn't Zoomer-related.
I also said in the initial post that I didn't want game-specific questions in this thread. It's as much my concern for not derailing it and yours so you can easily find your answers at a later time.
That being said, I already posted any workarounds I'm aware of.

ok sorry

No$Zoomer is merely an addon that attaches onto no$gba, it's not something entirely new, all no$gba's functions still exist and still function and thus the FAQ still FULLY applies.

Anyone tried this add-on in Ubuntu 9.10? Because I tried it, and it didn't boot... :(
Wine version which I used: 1.01 (Stable Release).

Indeed, it won't work in Linux.

No$GBA was written exclusively for Windows, and so was No$Zoomer. It might run on programs like Wine, but don't expect tech support if it doesn't.

I've tried to run it in Wine 1.0.1, but it didn't run. :(

If your mic works on other Vista applications, it should work for No$GBA as well. Some games have different input volumes, though, so the mic might not work with that particular game at all.
Again, this has little to do with No$Zoomer, so I'd ask you to make an own thread stating which game you are trying to use the mic with.

Is there any way to enable vsync in No zoomer?
I saw that one guy asked this before, but he was either ignored or silence was his answer.
I have tried going through nvidias panel and nhancer but it doesn't work.
I assume that it just doesn't and won't, but here I am asking.
Thanks.

Ehh, I have kinda a minor problem. When playing pokemon platinum (US version), and engaging in a battle with a wild pokemon, right after the wild pokemon is done doing it's "Cry" and the trainer throws his/her pokeball, the sprite for the pokemon does this strange glitch where there's kinda an "afterimage" of the pokemon. Like, as if there were another pokemon RIGHT behind it, lol. It also does the same thing when attacking and receiving.

It's really annoying. I figured it had something to do with the render, but I'm not exactly sure... Anyone got any idea what's the problem??

Update: It also seems to do it with regular no$gba with no plugins active. I feel this is no longer exclusively a no$zoomer problem... lol.

P.S. I'm using no$gba 2.6a, btw.

If changing renderers (under F11) doesn't work, please make a seperate thread as I specifically said in my opening post that I want to keep advice of single games out of this thread.

Try using EX3, but you'll get the attacks menu transparent. ;)

English no$zoomer 2.3.0.2 Readme

Don't know for sure if anyone has done this before or where to post this but this seems like as good a place as any. Anyway, I translated the no$zoomer 2.3.0.2 readme from Japanese to English(to the best of my (and Google's) knowledge). Unfortunately, the author didn't include any new info. on the EX features. I just hope it will be useful to somebody.:thumb:
