thats can enlarge pictures without decreasing their quality.!

Like the picture below is 600x400, I want it to be 1024x768 with the same qulaity....a little distortion is acceptable but not the regular one.

Well you can enlarge it with a program like photoshop that would use sampling so that it isn't one huge pixelated mess. It'll just be one huge blurry mess. The more you enlarge a picture the lower the image quality will go I'm sorry to say. You can run a few selective filters on it and try and do some manual touching up, but you're pretty much stuck. As an alternative to photoshop, since photoshop is expensive after all, you can try the trial version of paint shop pro.

hmm.... i guess FBI got one...

Sorry, dont know any program can do that so far....

I have adobephoto shop v6, I will try it.....anyother suggestions

I dunno... I almost use exclusively a bundled crap, that came with MS Frontpage 98. is called MS Image Composer, and is very easy to use, far more than PS Pro and Photoshop, and I have to admit that although I always found Image edition software hard and limitating and fustrating to use, this one has my choice.
