Here's my config. For special game fixes, enabel the two framebuffer things
 
Like I said, just the two Framebuffer things.
Framebuffer Read
Framebuffer Read on Move.
Beware, these topple the 60 fps smoothness of even my machine.... Not that it's that powerful
 
This is my Crono Cross config. And this is with nVidia's FSAA DISABLED (with it enabled it ran fine except slowed down to a crawl during a battle swirl):

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.1.58
Resolution/Color:
- 1152x864 Fullscreen - Desktop changing [32 Bit]
- Keep psx aspect ratio: off

Textures:
- R8G8A8A8
- Filtering: 6
- Garbage collection: on
- VRam size: 32 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: on
- FPS limit: 62

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 3
- Framebuffer texture: 2
- Alpha multipass: on
- Mask bit: off
- Advanced blending: on

Misc:
- Scanlines: off
- Line mode: off
- Unfiltered FB: off
- Dithering: off
- Screen smoothing: off
- Full vram: off
- Game fixes: off [00000000]
