For the hyperlinks on the top,

I think 'Home' should be named 'ngemu.com' and 'About Us' to 'forum home' or something equivalent.
I'm not sure if it was like this before, but the Home button seems to diect me to NGemu.com homepage instead of forum homepage.

Home is fine. It is supposed to go to ngemu.com

The about us links (on top and bottom) are flawed since its not an absolute link ( ../ is used rather than the complete complete url, which is why its directing to forums.ngemu.com/aboutus when you view it from the forum, which is considered an invalid url, hence silently redirects to the forum index). The top about us should go, as it doent fulfill any valid purpose (takes valuable userbar space).

Much more importantly, it'd be cool if guests recovered the getdaily function (checking today's threads was removed for guests since a while now, which makes it a little hard to follow updates). adding getdaily for members rather than them just having getnew could be nice too (long absences would bring too many pages of updates, when only the last 24 hours truly matter for most)

Such edits can wait to be made parts for a proper theme/template update.

Photoshops are easy. Only the actual implementation would matter (the -time- of admins is required!), and people additionally dont want the theming style to be changed.

You can change it manually at the bottom, so one can change it if one wants. [nvm actually it's removed lol]
It can just use this default one as template and change a few thing on it, hence the coding part doesn't need to be changed, just the visual part.
Anyhoo, just a suggestion, but the 'about us' part needs to get changed regardless :p

A complete rewrite from scratch for 3.7 is very important. The current theme was from the vbulletin 2.0 days iirc, so a little overdue.

Seems like the buttons are kinda bugged up too, some saw-tooth white edges are showing due to lack of AA on PNG.
Perhaps put up a new set of buttons with the new theme.
Keep the bg color and white color font though.

I'm working on the images, seems some got overwritten during the upgrade.

The getdaily function for guests is disabled, as the ratio between guests and members on the forums is sometimes up to 1:10 and searches are the most server intensive tasks you can do - you could dedicate a whole server for guest search, it'd still be slow (we actually tried that a while back :)). So I'm sorry to say, it's just not a thing we can do.

Current Theme is fine HCR, it just needs a few link fixes in the templates.
