ok, so i'm now in Nowember and i have to fight the supposedly last boss (the one after Jin and Takaya) and when i deal a final strike, the game freezes.well actually not freezes, but the boss dissapears and characters just remain on a field with music going on.i tried to finish the boss in a number of ways - with personas, with rush,with items, with all my party going 'stand by',but nothing works,the game still freezes in that particular battle.has anyone else had this problem and how could i get past it?;/ i don't know what to do anymore :???:

·I also experienced a similar problem with a previous boss but I somehow had speed hacks enabled. So I disabled them and I was able to end the fight.
But Persona 3 likes to hang in battles even without speed hacks on.

·Do you load the game normally or a pcsx2 savestate?

·I've experienced that when the savestate was made in the battle, it will always hang on the exact same position. But if the savestate was made before the battle there might be a chance to avoid the hang. I don't know if that's the same in your case here.

yup, i'm using the latest beta and nope,all-out attack didn't work..and besides i messed with my savestate and now i only have one save at a battle's beggining and another at August, lol by the way, would Persona 3 fes work on pcsx2? it's not in compatibility list but i heard some people were playing it...

Hey hey, no need to dish out another $40 just yet
If your last save is from before the battle, just return to the nearest savespot.
Save your game on memory crad there, exit the emu and reload from card.
Then disable all speedhacks and try again. Maybe you can do a savestate on anotehr slot
just before you finish him. Try loading that save (or the whole battle if it fails) using interpreter mode. Good luck

don't worry, i don't have to pay for games, my friend is a reviewer of games magazine and he gets games before they came out, and later lend me some of them ^_^ i already played persona 3 in winter, though didn't played till the end, but still..and i know he has fes,too... i guess fes is better, since there is more stuff added and i still couldn't get past that freeze,oh well..
