After getting epsxe 1.7, i tried to run Tekken 3 (which is the only game i have) and it simply just won't run. I see in the top corner that saying pad1 is on or something, but other than that i only c black screen. I try to switch between GPU plugins, but nothing work. Any idea how can i fix this?

OK, Can you post some useful info :
* Plugins used with ePSXe + Game region (PAL/NTSC) (especially CDROM plugin & GPU plugin)
* And are you using CD-ROM or ISO/IMAGE
The pad1 thing is nothing to care about

CD rom: ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.7.0
i have no idea whether the game is PAL or NTSC, its Tekken 3 English in BIN(Cd image) format( been using this b4 epsxe 1.7 release)

OK, lets try something different, lets try another GPU plugin :
1- Get my plugins folder, decompress then copy to your ePSXe folder after deleting your previous plugin_folder (must delete it before copying the new one).

2- Run your ePSXe emulator, then do as fellow:
Go to Config/video and choose pete d3d driver 1.77, then hit configure

3- Set your GPU plugin settings as fellow, and then restart your emulator (mmm, ePSXe doesn't require restart, anyway restart to be sure).

4- Run your game, land me some results

try mounting the image on a virtual drive. but when you play from the disc what does it do? the same thing?

this is coz i put a i instead of a t in the virtual cabobulator when coding the app. xD

Tekken 3 loaded for me first time, maybe a gpu plugin issue?

nothing change... i still only c black screen, nothing more
try enabling the dx7 fix located in the game fixes section of the video plugin. if that does nothing then try my old settings (dx6) -

so it doesnt run even while mounted on a virtual drive? well if it works on 1.6.0 then yeah i guess you should just go with that but make sure the .cue file is in the same directory as the .bin.
