It's a nice keyboard... I think I'm gonna get rid of that black "ergonomic" thing (the mounted plastic stuff, don't know what I should call it) though, doesn't really work for me.

Ye, my wrist rester thingy got busted at a lan party soon after i got the KB, lol. A S D E keys are just about worn right off.

Its in great shape! but it looks like another system to collect games for.

Oh, and i never noticed it on gennys before, but when i saw the high definition graphics, i lol'd :)

Yeah, it's my baby. Bought it when they were in stores and paid like $600 if I remember right (and people complain about PS3's price:p). The 32X was $150 more.:rotflmao:

Whoa, I haven't seen that color before. Maybe I'm behind on the times...

How are you liking Brain Age? My girlfriend just got it and she plays it all the time...I played it once and I didn't like it at all. Bummer, because I really like Big Brain Academy on Wii.

EEK! I paid $100 for my Sega CD player, and $29.99 for my 32X, and gave both away, although I kept some Sega CD games to play on the PC!

I like a few Sega CD games like Popful Mail, Lawnmower Man, etc, but I don't play them much anymore!

I really never cared for the 32X, I couldn't even assemble mine! LOL :???:

$600? for the Sega CD? and the 32X was $150? :dead:

Indeed. I only got the 32X because Sega CD's were supposed to be getting made for it. Coincidentally, only a few ever did (Fahrenheit, Night Trap, etc..) before they dropped Sega CD for the Saturn . The CDX was about that price when it came out, which is why it only lasted for 6 months in the stores.:p Lunar still rocks on Sega CD.:D

It's not a Sega CD, it's a CDX. It was supposed to be the ultimate in cd media based entertainment as it had in such a small space a Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, cd player... plus it had only Rca outputs for the maximum quality experience......

Ok, ok, i guess the advertising worked well on me :D

For me, I think its way better than mindquiz on psp. However, I am only playing Sudoku right now because you can only unlock one training per day, which kinda sucks as you only start with three training modes.

Some of the gamestyle are quite fun though, such as memorizing a 6x6 number square within two minutes or playing the piano with the stylus.

As for the screen, no matter how good it was in the non-lite, it still cannot beat the psp...

My first impression when I turned on the DS is that the graphics kinda like 4 steps backwards. But meh, its the fun that counts I guess:cool:

Definitely, but it's only when devs realize this because you're not going to enjoy games that are exactly the same as on other systems, but with degraded graphics which make it hard to even play the game.

Besides, I play NES games on PSP while I could be playing beautiful 3d games. Who needs megaman remakes when you can play the original? It's more of a challenge as well! The remakes were dumbed down.

Graphics don't mean crap, I wish Sony would realize that. I have a Wii and a DS, but not a PSP or a PS3. Well, what I'm trying to say here is, the DS doesn't aim for graphics. By giving dual screens, they sacrificed resolution and processing power. But they do try to be unique (at least, the good games do) with their gameplay, because that's what the DS is good at. On the other hand, the PSP has some other advantages (higher res screen, analog stick) which it can take care of. Comparing the graphics of the two systems is like comparing apples and oranges...would you compare Wii graphics to PS3? That would certainly be unfair...


I went to a focus group here in the city and the topic was videogames. So I sat in this room for about two hours with maybe 10 other dudes and we talked to our host about videogames and whatnot.

I was appalled at how much of graphics whores these people were. The guy sitting next to me stated that the 360 used to be "hot" (his word) when it came out because of the graphics, but now the graphics are too outdated so it sucks. Apparently the PS3 has decent graphics but they too need to step it up.

What's the deal with that? People were talking about how the graphics in another generation or two will be up to par. Sheesh, you give people an inch, and they take a yard :rolleyes:
