I know I haven't been on for a long time. I been very busy, due to owning a small business.
First of all I ran into a couple of problems. I hired a sales man about 4 weeks ago and guaranteed a salary pay of $2000 a month. I paid him $500 every week and his commission. On August 6th he missed work due to his sons Birthday. On the 7th (Tuesday) I fired him due to many reasons.
Today he walks into my office and starts talking crap. He was saying that I owe him money and that I should pay him. He also was threating to kick my a@@ and how he should just take one of our work computers since we didn't pay him for the day he worked, which was only one day. More likely half a day since he left the office at 12 PM. Also he said that he will take my company to a small business claim.
For anyone who owned a small business, or owns a small business at the moment, please help me out. I understand under the law that I owe him money for the two days (August 6th~7th) he was here, but what can I do to prevent any further mess?
