I created 2 image files using both Nero Smart Start and the CDVisoEFP configuration from the official kingdom hearts 2 ps2 disk. For both of them, if I open the image file, the opening music plays, but the screen is white. After I mash "X" a bunch of times, and start a new game(all in white of course), a bunch of colored horizontal lines appear, and they keep changing color. I use GSdx9 with 2.0 for shader. Also, when I play around with the graphics plugins, nothing changes!!! It's always white, then colored lines? What should I do? Is it the iso? If so, which program should I use to make it playable. Congratulations if you read the previous stuff without getting bored! Thanks in advance!!!!

Try ZeroGS and see how it does. Also, list PC specs (CPU and graphics card) as well as all plugins and settings used.
Keep in mind that the only real working part of this game in the current release is the intro IPU video. All ingame graphics are completely broken and it runs extremely slow no matter how powerful the PC.

In-game the cpu is around 80%. I changed the config to ZeroGS, I put Anti-Aliasing for none, checked Interlace Enable, and window size is 640 by 480.
My plugins in order are:Zero GS Cosmos(non sse2), Twinpad, EFP Iso CDDVD Driver 0.6.0, USBnull driver 0.3.0, P.E.O.P.S 1.6.0, Dev9null driver 0.2.0, FWnull Driver 0.4.0.

To begin with, the video card is a rather weak one, so don't expect great results with it. Which processor do you have? And what kind of results do you get in ZeroGS?

.Back on topic:
The video of KH 2 being played btw, is with the upcoming version. It looks like real time, but they sped up the video by quite a bit, and it was played on a pretty beefy rig from what I can remember... So even with the upcoming version, don't expect it to run like KH 1 is right now.
Even when I use ZeroGS, everything's white, then colored horizontal lines. What settings should I use to actually get a picture? I mean even if it's wierd, I want to be able to play it. (Even if it's slow.) So how do I make a picture? I am a newb I know...
No its not... but dont do that again.
As for the image problem, try using a different type of imager if you're having trouble. I use Games X Copy to make XMD files and mount them with Daemon Tools. They always work perfectly for me. Try a LOT of graphics stuff. Mess around with 256 colors, AA, Bilinear... once I actually got Pcsx2 to use 16x AF using Rivatuner, but it uh... doesnt work so well... but yeah mess with the graphics plugin and the cdvd image.
