Okay, everything's working great in GT1 lately...except for the car wash. It's not a big deal b/c i don't see a huge importance in washing you cars, but when you do, instead of deducting 50 credits from you money, it gives you something like -22 million credits. wtf?? anyone had any similar experiences?

i never figured out what the car wash was for...do the cars even get dirty??

yeah, the cars get dirty, but there's no point in washing since they'll get dirty again anyways. they basically just lose they're shine.

yeah, its pointless. instead of car wash, they should have had a way to change the color of your car, no THAT would have been nice. i don't even think you can change the paint in GT3.

No you can't, and it's really annoying!

I'm not sure if its true, but a friend of mine claims that in GT3 washing your car actually adds a few HP to your car (ok chill everyone, its a game!). so I guess that's why the feature's there. (i can't think of any other possible reason).

if the GT series is actually trying to be a racing simulator, that can't be true :p

Actualy washing your car adds to the resell value. Not alot but it does. And they will stay shiny, can't be racingin a dirty ride now can yah. I haven't had the credit problem yet, I'll keep my eye on it.

:rockets:

Not 100% no, but I tried it once a while ago and the sale price of a car was differant. Like I said, not by alot, might have only been due to some other reason like an upgrade I forgot about. Don't have a copy of GT1 anymore sadly.

Can you do an oil change in GT3? Or am I on some bad crack? been a while since i played that too. I have a PC..... lol..
