Alright, whenever I start no$gba, the screen is black and automatically freezes: there is nothing I can do to it besides close it down. Regardless of any roms I put in, it's always messed up. If another page is dragged over it, part of its image gets stuck on no$gba. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no clue as to what do you mean by "If another page is dragged over it, part of its image gets stuck on no$gba." In any case, try deleting no$gba.ini file in your emu folder.

Perhaps, are you playing Gta chinatown wars?

or if you playing any game and that happens right click on the nds file and click copy, then right click on no$gba and click paste, it should then work, thats how i got gta chinatown wars to work and it was doing the same before i did this

Delete no$gba.ini and set no$gba up as needed again.
