Ive got xpadder working with nulldc with the exception of one problem.

Every time I load the emu I have to go back in and select an input device.

Is there a way to have nulldc always pick a certain maple device, I'm assuming it would be done through the config file but I don't know what to put.

Current_maple0_5=NULL
Current_maple1_5=NULL
Current_maple2_5=NULL
Current_maple3_5=NULL
Current_maple0_0=NULL
Current_maple0_1=NULL
Current_maple0_2=NULL

You can configure your keys through the emulator itself, and then correspond them to however you want them on your Xpadder profile.

I know how to configure the buttons/keyboard.

My question is; is there a way to only have to configure nulldc to use the same maple device every time?

Otherwise as it stands now, every time I load nulldc I have to select a maple/input device to use.


Which doesn't sound like a big deal but I'm trying to run it from a front end and I want to be able to select a game from a list and have it auto load and be ready to play.

Is your configuration file in a folder designated as "read only", or are you able to alter the files within that folder?

Yeah I can alter the cfg file for other things and it sticks (nothing is set to read only).
