Console floods with:

IPU: Dither not implemented (Thousands of lines of it!)

Menus are missing 3D bikes / 3D characters. Ingame backgrounds are super spikey and can cover the track with garbage, but otherwise totally playable.

Same bugs persist in this beta, attached large screenshot for the spikey polygon syndrom (SPS) that occurs with random background objects.
