Hi I started up xenogears on epsxe 1.7 and it runs but I have no sound in the opening intro to the game and when I go to new game and watch the opening fmv there is no sound either. Fix?

ps: I had the same issue w/ suikoden II and wild arms II but when I upgraded to 1.7 from 1.6 2 days ago it corrected the issue. I got xenogears after updating to 1.7

what spu plugin are you using? are you playing off the disc or from an image?

never mind got sound to work but the sound get choppy at times as it were lagging how to fix that now?

video: petes D3D driver 1.76
sound: ePSXe spu core 1.7

if anyone could recommend any plugins I should run for general use video & sound instead or how to config for better gameplay please do so I only went with what the install wizard recommended on ePSXe setup

can list current roms if needed mostly all rpgs minus metal slug and SF alpha 3
